My colleagues and I have been receiving harassing and threatening phone calls at work. Some sicko calls and whispers down the phone sexual and intimidating things. No matter what we do he continues to call, sometimes tying up the phone line for hours at a time.
The business owner is currently overseas at the moment and uncontactable and he is the only person with authorisation on the account. On Thursday night I called Telstra to find out the procedure for dealing with these calls because I know from dealing with this once before that there is a way of doing this without the account holder.
